Sorry, but the movie was bad, and I'm a Will Smith fan! I loved I, Robot (got it on DVD) and I am Legend but this one....horrible! Will smith's movies usually come out on my birthday (July 2nd) so I think it's destiny or something but this year, it just didn't work out so well!
The movie actually started out funny and with some action, but it slowly went downhill. I guess even during the middle, it was still funny but then you could tell that whoever wrote this screenplay didn't really know how to end it. They had to pull some stuff out at the end to MAKE an ending and they failed miserably! I was hoping for it to end quickly and it just kept going and going and going....and we all knew what was going to happen (after a twist of course). I was very disappiointed.
I must also point out though that since the other action movies (except for Indiana Jones) have been absolutely great, the expectations may have been higher than usual and it had huge shoes to fill considering Will Smith was in it.
