Tony, I'm afraid it's you who is deluded if you think that Heysel did not have a direct impact on changing the entire history of Everton Football Club.

Evertonians do not begrudge Liverpool their five European Cups, 18 Championships and the rest. What we do begrudge is the inability of Liverpool Football Club and their fans to acknowledge that the actions of some of their fans on the fateful night removed the possibility of Everton FC playing in - and possibly winning - the European Cup for the first time in our history, and led to our double title-winning teams of '85 and '87 breaking up, and the most successful manager in our history leaving the club.

For us (and other teams such as Wimbledon, who would have played in Europe for their first and only time), being banned from Europe for five years - for a tragedy instigated by Liverpool's fans - is a difficult pill to swallow.

Finally, to say that Evertonians regard the 39 dead as 'extras' is insulting and self-serving for your own one-eyed view.

yeah the martial arts fighting one pisses me off too! There's a trailer for a new game on PS3 where it boasts of having 1000 enemies on screen (whats it called? sacred blade or something?) The enemies do that exact thing in that! As for if you've had #18 happen in real life, that's cos you're a dumbass who can't work a P.A properly, never happens to me, that's why you have a level check BEFORE you even OPEN whatever mic-based offering you have arranged. good list tho, nice and short at 40, i've seen similar lists run into the hundreds!

I agree with Noodad---you CAN\'T go generic on the diapers. Between the leaks, the ripped off tabs and the inability to stretch, the generics just AREN\'T worth the extra few cents. Keeping the poop and pee where it belongs is SOOOOO worth it!

COVER!!!! Use a wipe to cover the goods as quickly as humanly possible. Just accept it now that each diaper change is going to require a minimum of two wipes: one for cover, and the other for actually wiping. You\'re gonna get sprayed. The little newbies are phenomenal at letting lose those little cannons as soon as the cold air graces them. I\'ve been hit in the mouth, the cheek, the chest, the arm.....he\'s also hit the wall, the floor, the changing table. And this is even after it\'s been established that the deed has been done. You just never know what they may still have waiting for you. I will say that the wild sprays have definitely declined as our son has gotten older---thankfully.

Thanks to the noo and the foo for laying it out as it should be. I can understand the desperate fleeting moment of considering such a dangerous act such as cosleeping, but I cannot for the life of me actually comprehend doing it. Beyond the obvious and previously stated risk of the kid being squished to a hideous shade of blue, let\'s not forget the mobile kid has the ability, desire and technique to try to venture out of the bed on his/her own. Many kids have been injured from falls out of their bed during the daytime with a wide awake parent in the room. Now let\'s imagine that same awake adventurous kid laying betweeen two comatose parents around 2am. Can anyone truly guarantee that kid isn\'t going to try to escape the bed? Can anyone truly guarantee that they are definitively going to wake? And I don\'t care what statistics say, I\'m not ever taking the chance with my kid becoming a statistic.

They have Park Hopper tickets at Disney that enable you to do precisely that: hop from one park to another. Epcot in the morning, Magic Kingdom in the afternoon. This can allow some children the down time in the car to catch a few winks during the short drive.

I totally agree with bribing the hell out of your kid in this situation. They are poked and prodded more times than we can imagine by every possible person (triage nurse, ER nurse, ER resident, and ER attending for a small sampling), so it\'s key to get their utmost cooperation each time. Throw the parenting 101 \"I will never stoop to bribery with my child\" mantra out the window and get creative. If the ice cream works, use it, if it takes a trip to the toy store, use it and just hope they forget about it later.
And don\'t forget cash for the parking garage! Even after the ER stamps your little parking ticket, they rob you blind at the garage.
Good luck and remember to listen and take a breath every now and then. WIth all the theories they can throw at you as to why your child has the symptoms they have, you can easily get caught up in the drama and what ifs.

Yes, a stroller pushing dad is a \"selfish asshole\" because he\'s putting his own \"fix\" ahead of his child\'s health.

As for not breast feeding a baby, some babies just simply can\'t between allergies and anatomy, so I\'m not even going there.

Parents dropping their kids off at day care at young ages is not selfish but often more out of a financial need to meet the bills and put food on the table or pay for the education that will help their children grow up to understand why the shouldn\'t smoke.

Divorce.........a spouse leaving due to abuse or neglect is far from selfish, more like selfless.

I too am the child of a 30+ year smoking parent, therefore I understand addiction. What I don\'t understand is not having at least the desire to quit out of respect for oneself and one\'s family.

Just this evening I was drying off my 3 year old daughter while my 1 year old son was still playing in the tub only to be asked \"WHAT is he PLAYING with?!?!\". This question and it\'s horrifying tone sent shudders up my spine long before I ever locked eyes on the brown bits my son was ever so intently pulling apart. Thankfully my daugther is self sufficient enough to dress herself so I could warp into crazy poobaby and poobath cleaning mode. I don\'t wish this crazed panic moment on anyone! I think the key to such a discussion is to determine how we want/need to define \"moderation\" in tv watching. To some people a kid watching an hour of tv each day is entirely too much, to others it\'s barely anything. Is it excessive to let them watch 2 hours a day? Is it cruel to ONLY let them watch an hour? There are extremes to this discussion, but it can be a fine line between them.

My 16 month old son went through a \"phase\" where the idea of sitting on his parents\' laps for the even length of Good Night Moon just wasn\'t his idea of a good time, so for that time (a couple weeks) we just sat on the floor next to him in front of his bookshelf while he \"read\" and we read other books aloud to him. That way he still recognized it as a part of his day to engage in books, and still came to recognize the stories that he was hearing over and over and over and over and over again.

I think had she disclosed of these videos initially, she would have stood a better chance of them being overlooked as no big deal, but since she chose to wait and disclose of her participation in such videos until months....a year? into her contract, seems like she felt like she needed to hide them for some reason, and therefore suspicious. I totally agree that at first glance the thing appears quite cruel and a tad cage like, but it\'s simply brilliant! Our daughter loved it thankfully. We were about a month away from moving to a new house when she catapulted herself out of the crib. We knew the crib tent was a great way of prolonging the inevitable transition to a big kid bed, which seemed overwhelming to deal with during a big move as well. We\'ve since passed it on to our 17 month old son who was showing obvious signs of successful propulsion from his crib. He was able to walk his legs halfway up the inside of the crib and have a large portion of his torso over the top edge---not a pleasant site to witness......okay, so maybe I WAS a tad proud of his physical accomplisnment, but the fear of him cracking his head open quickly squashed that little moment. The crib tent was installed that evening.

I have an uncle who had two girls and still reeeeeaaaalllly wanted his boy, so he and my aunt tempted fate one more time only to end up with twin girls. Some things were just not meant to be. Have more if you really want them, but not because you want a certain gender.

And to BmoreDad, yeah, I saw that Discovery special on the family with WAY too many kids. Aren\'t they up to 16 and still open for more?! Did you see the special that followed them building their own house, more like a compound? 16 is simply too freaking many.

Don\'t forgot to take over the exceptional smelly tasks in life as well during this phase: taking out the garbage and changing the diaper champ are two prime examples. DON\'T subject your queasy wife to such hell. Don\'t even ask her if such things need to be done or if you could do it \"for her\", just DO IT!
Same goes for dinner. You probably need to step in a few more times than usual to relieve her of smelling the raw chicken. Basically, unless you like your dinner with an extra layer of vomit, step in!

Even if the weather isn\'t the best, don\'t avoid a park. We recently found it to be one of the best ways to experience a park. One of the Tropical Storms blew threw the precise day we visited Magic Kingdom, therefore as you can imagine we were all soaked. The park thankfully sells Mickey ponchos for $6, so no worries if you didn\'t pack an umbrella. After a certain point though it wasn\'t possible for us to get any wetter no matter poncho or umbrella in hand.....did I mention it was tropical storm? The crazy weather made for drastically shorter lines at every ride. We rode \"It\'s a Small World\" numerous times consecutively, which thrilled our daughter. The weather also made for much more pleasant people to deal with all day. Everyone was soaked, everyone was caught in the rain, and therefore you had people around you that were much more helpful than any previous Magic Kingdom experience we\'ve ever had in the sun! People were no longer mowing each other down with strollers, people were holding doors for each other, people found their manners, and people were also smelling a whole lot better seeing as they hadn\'t been sweating their asses off in 110 degree heat all day. I\'ll take being soaked with rain over sweat any day.

Keep in mind that one or both of you may also be feeling a lot of anxiety beyond the expected excitement about an impending ultrasound. It\'s easy to get caught up in the rush that comes with the first glimpses of your spawn, but remember your spouse may have another take on what you might be about to see or not see. Unfortunately a lot of issues can be detected with babies at the ultrasound and you and or your spouse may be experiencing a lot of stress with the what ifs and what might bes. This stress might lead to a spouse being labeled a little bit nutty. Just my caution of considering everyone\'s perspective approaching one hell of an experience.

Playing with guns is about "killing someone" because that's precisely what a gun was designed to do. Playing with guns and making it about "hunting" is still about killing. Just because it is an animal vs. a human, is that somehow more humane or less offensive to pretend/play?

I agree that "shielding" ones child is a bad idea. Shielding only happens if there is no discussion as to why the house has such rules. If you talk openly and discuss with your children about why you don't allow toy guns in the house, that's hardly shielding. That's educating. Not allowing the toy guns and not telling them why is shielding.

The Baby Einstein series (including the incredibly fabulous Little Einsteins) and some other series for under two, such as Sesame Street do something for my 20 month old---they are entertaining for him. They make him smile and they encourage him to do things like sing, dance, laugh, giggle, and generally be silly. Yes, those things can come from other mediums, but they can also come from tv. TV is only evil if it\'s a babysitter and used excessively. You seriously would deny any child under the age of two Elmo?

Hell no. I try to model for my kids that it is NEVER okay to hit anyone, therefore I do not hit my children. What kind of message am I sending if I did spank my child, but got upset when they hit me or a friend? Pure double standard. Some may try to justify it all as discipline over beating, but the intentioin of spanking is still to inflict pain in order to drive home the point of a parent\'s discipline/punishment. It\'s still cruel, painful and unnecessary. If you can\'t find a better way to make your point than spanking your child, I suggest you talk to your doctor or kid\'s pediatrician about other methods and possibly discuss your own anger issues.

The term \"Irish Twins\" is too close (one kid is barely turning one when the the second is born). There\'s too much insanity in that first year and to combine that with another pregnancy seems a bit over the edge. Beyond 3-4 years apart feels like too much. Yeah, great you\'ve got a \"helper\" and a built in babysitter, but you also have an older kid that resents always having to do those things and has no connection on a peer level with the younger kid. I say between 2-3 is best, but that\'s just what works for me and my family.

Does anyone know if it was a case of they couldn\'t get her in a carseat brought on the plane, or couldn\'t get her in a regular airplane seatbelt. Either one appears completely unacceptable and I completely agree that they needed to be removed. As a parent of two youngins and a frequent flyer since they were born, I find it ridiculous that they couldn\'t somehow convince (bribe) this 3 year old with something somehow. Also, between the TWO of them they couldn\'t figure out a way to hold her in the seat at least for taxi and take off? My children may have screamed and howled from here to California numerous times, but they did it in the safety of a seatbelt in their seat.

I think part of the issue with these parties growing to large porportions and to outside venues is that the circles of kid friends is growing. Kids today are involved in playgroups and lots of classes, therefore they know a lot of other children. So where does a parent draw a line when it comes to just a \"friend\" party, without alienating their own friendships? There\'s also the issue of families being more spread out across the country, therefore the kids don\'t often have the \"family\" party, and all the attention is place just on a \"friend\" party. And let\'s not forget, the more kids, the bigger the mess and NO one wants that in their home to deal with. Who wouldn\'t rather have an outside venue take care of all the cleanup afterwards? One more point, even though there is usually a $100-$200+ charge for these venues, it\'s often the same amount of money you\'d be shelling out on all the food, favors, and fixin\'s to feed these famished guests invading your home.

If you\'re dragging your kid kicking and screaming to each place, then it\'s time to scale back.

Σωστό. Πολύ περισσότερες στο Καποδιστριακό. Τώρα βέβαια κάνουν απεργίες οι έκτακτοι καθηγητές αν δεν κάνω λάθος γιατί τελευταία φορά πληρώθηκαν λίγο πριν τη χούντα... Και τις περισσότερες φορές κάποιος τέτοιος λόγος υπάρχει. Θυμάμαι κάποια στιγμή στην αρχή του έτους που διάβαζα ότι είχαν κόψει σε ένα πανεπιστήμιο (δεν θυμάμαι πιο) το ρεύμα(!!!) γιατί οι λογαριασμοί είχαν φτάσει τρελά νούμερα. Δεν μας φταίνε οι κακόμοιροι οι καθηγητές λοιπόν.

Δεν θυμάμαι ούτε ένα από τα νουάρ μυθιστορήματα που έχω διαβάσει (ξέρεις από αυτά που διαβάζεις στην παραλία γιατί πάνε με το λιώσιμο) που να μην έχει έστω και μία περιγραφή του ήρωα (πάντα ένας αποτυχημένος ντεντέκτιβ) μπροστά στο γραφείο του όπου ο καπνός γεμίζει το δωμάτιο και η περιγραφή επικεντρώνεται στο πως αναδύεται από το τσιγάρο. Τώρα που το καλοσκέφτομαι αν οι ήρωες δεν καπνιζαν το βιβλίο θα είχε τις μισές σελίδες... Παράδειγμα: "Έμεινε σιωπηλή. Ο καπνός ανέβαινε θαμπός απ' το τσιγάρο της. Το κούνησε στον αέρα.Το χέρι της ήταν μικρό και καλοσχηματισμένο όχι σαν τα φτυάρια που έχουν οι γυναίκες σήμερα." Τώρα δεν ξέρω τι στράβωμα έχει φάει ο Ραίημοντ Τσάντλερ με τις γυναίκες τις εποχής του αλλα νομίζω ότι κατάλαβες τι θέλω να πω:)

I had a call from these people this morning (7/9/9). I answered the call but all I could hear was people talking in the background - like an office environment. I said "Hello" a couple of times, got no response and so hung up. On doing some research it would seem to be a company in Droitwich called Severn Valley Home Improvements. Buying the Canadian copy is $12 more expensive than if you were to bike to your neighborhood bookstore. If you were vegetarian (which I am) and the veggie pizza cost $12 more than the meat pizza, would you buy the meat pizza instead? I wouldn't. ethanol by nature returns lower mpg.

this car is intended to be more of a sport/city car and not an mpg leader.

As others have said, it will really depend on what you actually get. To say you get enterprise level features will mean nothing if you can't use them without their paid management server. ESXi is free and with a management server you are entitled to use all the enterprise features.

Always be cautious when things are advertised as free. You still do, in many ways, get what you pay for. Make sure we are always comparing apples to apples.

I like the pose you echoed, yet your photo is so dark compared to your words about HDR. Even though your site is dark wood compared to Hopper's white clapboard, I would have expected to see the seams between the logs in order to have echoed your subject more closely.
