Seeing as how this card is exactly the same as a DOD CAC card just with different printing on it I dont see why they cannot produce them on the spot like is done with the CAC card. I bet they are trying to justify the high price that is being charged.

This articles title needs to be changed. One of the worlds largest non-nuclear explosion leveled most of Halifax in 1917 and involved nearly twice the explosives (http://www3.sympatico.ca/goweezer/canada/blowup...).
There is a more extensive list of the largest non-nuclear explosions on wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_larges...).
