I don't need diapers and butt wipes only beer and vodka? Can you help me?

I am so proud of my grandsons - I think. They can works for tips at an east Knoxville biker bar.

There needs to be another choice in the Xmas tree vote - "none at all."

This choice would be for those who:

1. Believe the tree is a pagan tradition or

2. Are spending Dec. 22 thru Dec. 30 in the Caribbean

It's all true and I think the tree ball weighted about 300 lbs. What was I thinking except that it looked good on the side of the mountain but when we started digging I realized we had made a terrible mistake but I wasn't going to waste the $10 I paid for it.

What I remember was the extra 100 lbs of red clay we carried down the mountain with us on our clothes and boots and eventually into the truck and home.

I am pleased it turned out to be a pleasant memory cause it was agony that December day so long ago.

Wow, I didn't know you even wrote a thesis. I just finished reading it and hope I can get a bound and autographed copy, which I plan to sell on EBay and make a lot of money.

When it came time for my oral exam I was scheduled to meet with my thesis advisors for about an hour. The first reader asked me a question and I started to answer when the second reader jumped in and began giving the answer - he then went on for 45 minutes and I finally got to answer a couple of puff questions and passed my orals with flying colors.

When people asked me how it went I told them it was grueling and mentally exhausting. I told fellow students to prepare for the worse - well I didn't want them to know I had skated thru.

Now the truth is out and if I need to surrender my master's degree so be it. It was about as relevant to life and life's work as your history of cast iron in bridge building.

Ealier this year I was in Uganda and bought hoes for orphan children - or should I say garden hoes? In the slide presentation it came out as "here I am giving a hoe to this boy." or farm hoe or village hoe. From now on it's a garden implement.

We watched it last night. Superb movie - what an amazing man.

But when he read the paper this morning it must have been terrible for him.

But don't worry they will make it to the Super Bowl by beating NE.

Your older brother's disposal stopped working one day after he tried to dispose of some corn cobs. He went to Home Depot and bought another one ($60 plus $40 for wrenches, pliers, etc) and brought it home. His father in law happened to be there and pushed the reset button - it worked just fine. He actually tried to sell the new one to me but I know how to use the reset button and so refused. He ended up giving it to me for Christmas. $29 for shipping.

Which reminds me - a new season of COPS. Mom hates the show but I keep reminding her that her daughters in law love it.
