So what is the big deal. AOL, and Yahoo have said for years that they may reject any email that is forwarded to them from another server. If you forward email - you also forward spam.
It is your own fault for forwarding email. Either learn what a pop account is or do not use email. Simple.
Rackshack and other hosts have had the problem for years. Many host providers do not allow email to be forwarded at all - and rightly so.
