To do that use web <a href="http://keepvid.com/" rel="nofollow">http://keepvid.com/</a> where you copy/paste the youtube video url and click on Donwload button. Then link "Download link" appears and you have to substitute the old "cache.google.com" by eg. "ash-v286.ash.youtube.com" that's all.
