in Cardio Kills?! on Natural Bodybuilding with Marc David
I'm gobsmacked that anyone should say that cardio training is a waste of time. Though I'm no body builder, but a fitness freak, I do a fair amount of weight training as well as cardio conditioning.

By the way, fabulous blog Marc, glad I discovered this just in time for my research for my website.

in A Profanação do Cadáver on Diário Ateísta

in No title on Pandammonium
Dear C,

I had been an invisible subscriber for a long time. I finally can come visibly to say hello. I hope realising this didn't freak you out, since I suppose that you knew that I could come if I wanted to, didn't you? Since we seldom meet each other in this term, I find this is one of good ways to find out how things are getting on with you. I finally finished my coursework, and from now on, I can come here join your discussion from time to time. Sorry for not really responding the topic your wrote. I just want to let you know I come here quite often.

By the way, I want to use this opportunity to thank you for standing by my side during the first and second terms. Your encouragement and advice greatly help me survive till now. Thank you so much, my pat! :)

I am so relieved now. Life is beautiful for me again, you know. I wanted to cry on the day I finished the work.

PS. I think it is better to write you via your email address if I want to write something like this one, isn't it?

Okay, take care and speak to you later,
The L you know
