Thanks for sharing, Monika! It's so nice to know that there are others out there looking for better ways. For me, the key has been to keep everything simple and to know that I'm never going to be perfect. If I'm perfect, then there's no room for a power greater than myself (God, Nature, Intention, whatever you choose to call it). Maybe tackle one problem at a time and trust that the others will work out. I wish you the best!
