Laura, I know that we have never met or will never meet but I wanted to take a few min out of my day to wish you happy birthday wishes. How did I come across this blog post you might ask? One word, Twitter. Twitter and other social media platforms allows me to connect with individuals from all over the globe. We can answer or ask questions for other people, we can give encouragement, and we can even wish someone a happy birthday. Twitter has been great to me as I can connect with like minded people. I hope that you do not give up on social media as it can be very beneficial to our lives. Maybe this blog post from your boyfriend might just change your mind about Facebook and Twitter.

I haven't upgraded from my first gen iPhone. There is no 3G in my neck of the woods. I am not super excited about the increase in the monthly plan either. I don't think I will update till the phone has at 32GB. It may be a few years but I have survived this long with it. I feel fortunate enough to have one and there are more important things in life than having GPS on my phone. The Maps application does a pretty darn good job of telling me where I am when I am traveling on the road. It may be a block off sometimes but that is good enough for me. Between the 2.0 software and the syncing via the cloud for my devices I just haven't found a good enough reason to switch.

i use safari because it syncs the bookmarks and preferences sync with all of my computers and devices. Apple says that it is the safest and fastest browser for the Mac. I do have Firefox 2 installed but i dont like it as much. Safari is just polished in my opinion.

hey thanks for putting the show on today. I was listening to the live audio feed and chatting in the ustream room. We love getting new content from all of the Mac podcasters out there
