I can't wait to see this. I love Michael Moore - even wrote a paper on Roger & Me for my Karl Marx class in college. I also don't have insurance. It's such a scam. I'm investing in international stock instead of health insurance...waiting for the day that health care in the US changes. Is it going to happen?

True story: I dated a guy for 8 years who had a full beard like you had. I had never seen his unshaven face until 3 years into the relationship. One day he shaved it off, and it scared the shit out of me. He had no chin and looked like Moby. I demanded he grow it back. Thankfully, you have a chin, don't look like Moby, and I won't be making any demands.

There was a woman where I worked who was the most up tight, conservative person, yet she competed in demolition derby's...for Jesus. Her hubcaps had crosses painted on them! She boggled the mind.

That's just awful.

Even though Philly is crowded, the pavement sucks, and bike lanes are few, I haven't had any major scares riding my bike around the city . Oh, no, wait. I had a SEPTA bus insist on passing me on the narrow, car-lined 3rd St. right above Market. I nearly fell over and was burned by exhaust.

Yay, sister! She's golden now that she has Oprah's seal of approval. And you're right - giving encouragement and being nice in general can really make someone's day. I think that client's right, too. She should make a regular fit line. The clothes are super cute - but I'm not pregnant.

One of the best trips I ever had was to a bog in the NJ Pine Barrens. We traipsed butt-high in mud to get up close and personal with pitcher plants.

Seriously cute town! Looks like an awesome trip. I drove up there a few years ago for my friend's wedding in October. It was the last weekend that the town was "open." Most of the restaurants and bars close down for the winter, and everyone either goes to the mainland to work or collects unemployment. Very strange! The restaurants were out of food and the bars were pouring very strong drinks to empty the last of their bottles.
