Hi lorraine I know all the people you've mentioned, did Kirsty not stay down in the Northampton area for a while, may still do ! Alan fae Hamilton and Fish fae Hillington I believe both are still in the Glasgow area.

I forgot to mention, to the left of the girls is Farrow another one of the Barrhead Mods. The last I knew Shona, whos Jennifers sister was still going with Big Paul Lindsay from Irvine.

Cheers for enlightening me on that one NG. Whatever happened to Fudgie. He disappeared for a while before, and then came back on for a bit. And before anyone (NG) makes any remarks, it has nothing to do with me whatsoever.

Might also have something to do with the fact I couldn't remember anything else.
He was at France 98 and I got out my tent, and there it was (no parka) a kilt accompanied by a pair of dessie boots, I thought to myself, I've got to know this person ! how right was I ?

In all my Mod days I never did come across the dessie boots and kilt look. At least it was definitely original, although I don't fancy going for it whilst on the scooter. I suppose it would definitely frighten the rockers.

Well there is always going to be a first Mr G. And up until now I have never posted anything that is daft, apart from the bit about The Wacky races, Supergran, the A Team, and your glasses. I still think that you have done well to remember a parka, although I still remember Alex Frackletons, but that was because he cut off the hood and put a bit of fur on that looked like a skinned cat.

I won't even be 40 next year, lifes a bass isn't it.
Joe do you remember how nights in the R.A.Club came to an end ? The Police stopped them and we were in Stewart Street pleading our case. It had nothing to do with the bill posting haha

I can't belive the rozzers put an end to your nights at the RA club NG. If you had invited them in for a bevvy it would have been okay. And you should have told them about your 'Three Degrees' name. The masonic connotations would have been enough to see the place remain open for all time.

As for the R.A. Club they were ran by you and me, I would get a venue and you would get the decks. I've still got a ticket from one of those nights we were under the name "The Third Degree".
The girl with the white shirt is Tracey from Airdrie, whats on the jukebox for this article are a sample of sounds from those nights, I will in due course add some more, it all just takes time.
Before I forget, Happy Birthday Sharon, one day I'll be 40 haha

It sounds like some nights in this RA club if soul-ster cannot remember anything. We had a few like that in the Scene right enough, but I did eventually remember what had occured, maybe.

Cheers for that NG.You know it is also in your best interests if they do agree to play up here in December. I just hope you are not holding your breath waiting for a reply on my behalf. I did tell you that Pagey (as known to his mates) will defo be in a huff with me...and probably Stevie fae Cranhill too, after he slaughtered the band for not doing any of their own material at the SF convention Li Li !

Oh yes, i remember Michelle's brigaite stall - i ended up minus a few records to that venture - i don't think Michael's record stall was put under much threat though.
