in Apple Black Friday to Cyber Monday on Investor in the Wilderness
You keep saying 'negative divergence', whereas the chart clearly shows 'positive divergence'. What chart are you looking at?

I'm referring to the near-term charts. The 15, 30 and even to some extent the 60 minute charts. They are all showing negative divergences between the MACD and price. Also, we are extremely over bought in these time frames as well. This combination of indicators along with being stopped right at the downtrend line provide a high probability of a reversal. Also, as I write this, it appears that the market futures are lower. I expect that the market is not going to be happy with the initial holiday spending, nor the dismal prospects for this shortened holiday buying season.

in Sidelined Apple Traders Fear Manipulation on Investor in the Wilderness
You and the guys on your forum are the ones saying ' go to cash' or 'sell' and then you start talking about manipulation, as if you don't have any effect on the market. Apple is only moving with the general market anyway.

I'm saying manipulation is not rampant, and therefor it's not the reason for trader's consternation. I'm simply pointing out that many do feel this way, and as a result it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy for them.
Most large cap stocks move with the market, or should I say that the market moves with the preponderance of large cap stocks. Apple, due to its size, may appear to be a large cap, but in fact behaves like a growth stock.

in Survey: Apple’s New Low Margin Product on Investor in the Wilderness
The iPhone and iPod Touch are the ideal mobile devices. Why would Apple risk cannibalizing that with a product in between the iPhone and a laptop? i.e this Tablet idea. The screen of a tablet needs protecting, so it immediately needs either a case or a hinged lid(making it a laptop). I think lighter, thinner laptops is the way to go, maybe incorporating touch screen functions as well.
