the only thing enticing about this is the camera (new games using the cam?) I already have an ds flashcard, so, I don't know if this is really worth it. I already have 2 ds lites...

With the built in flashcard, there will be a lot of hacking and pirating, won't Nintendo loose a lot of game money?

I agree with Virtus. Zuckerbucks is another promising Facebook Currency similar to Facebucks. The major difference is that Zuckerbucks gives away REAL items. And correct me if I'm wrong, I think they even pay for the shipping last time I checked.
