in End of the newsstand on Granite Geek
We read the same story with the same sense of the beginning of the end of the era. Both my husband and I have fond memories of running to Out of Town to buy copies of the first article we had published in magazines. We could have gotten them somewhere else, but it was such a thrill to be in Harvard Square seeing our writing with all those publications from around the world. But here I am, writing on a blog and not a piece of paper. The way it is and the way of the future.
