They won a Dove and were up for a Grammy.
Excellent band.
They were also a Christian band and took hit for stuff like this.
Finally, they had enough. One of the members decided he was done with the music industry. He just wanted to make music. Nothing more, nothing less and was one of the most wonderful guys I've ever met. He got tired of the reviews saying they weren't Christian enough and in all fairness, they they were too secular.
He's a Youth Director at a church in Minnesota now.
I think he' s much happier.
By the way, their greatest hits album is one of the best recording I've ever heard.

Re: I’m no Saint

Tracy Sharp is sci-fi writer and a soccer player.
I don't think they've been in any trouble lately, but I will admit I did a double take when I saw the name in the story.

Re: A question

Thank you!!!!
I asked this question myself last night.
I kept humming from the Simpsons the Dr. Zaius song.
Couldn't help it.

Re: Thank God it’s here

I watched it to.
I really love Jennifer Coolidge but Bryan Cranston deserved the kudos.
Did you notice David Grier's hair change colors from the first episode to the second one?
I think the jury is out but I think it might have potential.

Re: The thinking blogger

John,
You so deserved this.
I just wanted you to know you make a difference.
Trace aka newscoma

Re: K-Co

:)

Re: Nominated

Don't be self-conscious about the "goofy, juvenile material" because it all blends very nicely and that's why I like coming over here that it's a nice mix.

Re: Presidential Top Ten

I have a lunchbag from your paper with a logo on it.
I thought this might make you chuckle.
Rich.... ***sigh***
David, always groovy.

Re: Back to high school

I love this post.
I understand more than you will ever know.

Re: Inside the mind of Jon Stewart

I watched this as well as the clip with Josh Marshall.
You are right.
