in Library Bans Social Networking on What I Learned Today...
Having worked at a public library in the past, I am wondering what made them come to this decision. If they have a limited number of computers, it might be that there were not any available to look up books/use databases/etc. If this was the case, I can understand why they wanted to make such a decision. I think there are better ways to handle this, but I can understand the dilemma.
