The source you are getting your info about jobs uncovers only 20% of the available jobs. Most jobs, especially the good ones, are never advertised.

The trade job are not hard to find at all - we have a major shortage. We need more people willing to get trained for that line of work.

You are right Roanoke Found... You are running your own business... The difference is how many revenue streams are you getting? If you work exclusively for one firm, then it is 1. If you have a catering business it may dozens. We need move people to somewhere in between... It make them more entrepreneurial...

I am not being critical... It is no one's fault... It is a prodcut of the communication environment we are living in now.... It is extremely difficult to send out a mass message and it be received...
