But hopefully this vigilance will now extend to other cases as well.

Re: London cabs win hands down

As a Londoner I fume about public transport costs all the time and how expensive cabs are, but I agree with everything you say.

Re: Welcome A and L!

WoW! Whether or not Hindu Gods have been painted nude in the past, whether or not Hussain's or Chandramohan's paintings have artisitic merit, whether or not the cartoons depict Mohammed in a way that Muslims don't like-they all have a right to be published and painted. We can choose to like/not like the work, and criticise it as vehemently as we want, that is our freedom of expression. Our "sentiments" are always being hurt these days it seems.

Re: Seven months old

They're lovely-do congratulate their parents on my behalf!

Re: When to start kindergarten?

I only know what I'll feel when I have kids, but this is something I think about a lot...especially when I see some of the over competitive parents around these days.

Re: Skype spam

I get these damn things in my work email all the time.

Re: Benny Lava is stuck in my head

Hilarious! Starting with 1984, there have been so many riots and the perpetrators have not been brought to justice! What about terrorists like Narendra Modi who are walking about absolutely free and those who participated in the anti-Sikh riots of 1984?

Re: You have the power

Have just blogged about the tax issue

Re: What you can control

hear hear! it's hard to do, especially with close family...but ignoring is a good way!

Re: The carcinogen-free store

I think I have seen products that say they are carcinigen free, can't remember where-maybe it was a beauty product.

Re: The carcinogen-free store

I can't remember-but there are entire stores like the organic pharmacy that would take that line I think, along with parabens free etc. And I didn't notice that I spelled carcinogen wrong the last time! I agree with you, better to have it all in one place and have a filtering system. They are trying some sort of signalling system on food products here, with red and green light symbols to control obesity.

Re: Only in India!

I thought one was a girl and they wanted to give her away.
