Well said Juan. I don't know if the players are tired of listening to the coach or if there's a cancer in the dressing room. All I know is something has gotta change. Barca, Valencia, and Sevilla are all looking out of sorts this year. It's way to early, but this good be a repeat for the Madridistas.

How many years are left for Il Bambino in first division football? He is just a walking disaster. I just feel so sorry for him. Once upon a time he was the future of Italy. But sometimes you can't get the street out of the street kid. So sad. I hope things get better at Doria for the kid. He will never play again at Madrid.

How odd that Levante, Mallorca, and Almeria are bigger than Barcelona? Of course Barcelona's seating capacity is a different matter. I wonder if this is a detriment to these smaller teams? Chris, maybe you can do the same for our sister site Serie A Talk?

I also will miss Quique. The staff and instituion at Valencia is one big mess that holds the team back from greatness. But when you lose the players and dressing room, you never get it back. Quique will be back. Hopefully at a team that appreciates him and with a boss that gives him room to breathe, grow, and foster the team. Buena Suerte QQ.

Juande Ramos needs time. This is a big challenge for him. I am not sure he is the right man, but sometimes you gotta take risks. This should be interesting. 2007-8 is the season of coaches taking jobs mid stream. Kinda crazy, eh? Juande was made an offer he couldn't refuse. Let's hope that he can inspire the team. First goal - stabilization and out of the relegation zone. One Day at a time.

I really blame the players more than Rafa. They have no heart, no creativity and it appears that they are sabatoging the coach. Sure Benitez has made mistakes, playing Xabi too early etc. But the players need to step it up when the get an opportunity and they don't. Rafa has always been the tinkerman. Even back in Valencia. This has never changed from the get got. My question is what is going on with Carra and Stevie G. I just don't get it.

Zara is so streaky and have problems winning away. Is D'Alessandro the crux of their problems or is their something else? The Jekyll and Hyde effect just kills me.

Some say it was Il Bambino's frustrations with the refs, some with the injuries plaguing him this year. Only Cassano knows. But he really needs to relax and prove his worth on the pitch. I know Mazzari is fine, but an auto substitution? Antonio needs to follow the rules of the game.

Very cool, girl! From the cinnamon dolce (my fav) at Borders (my fav) topped with Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake (also a fav)...all the way to a new laptop from the hubby! So, so, cool!

I am sick of tired of people saying that Liverpool gets lucky in the CL. Give me a break and face facts. Liverpool knows how to play in the CL.

I have Setanta because it shows so many Liverpool games and Premiership games. Imagine if I didn't buy Setanta, awful. I also love their CL games. I wish we could see more of them. Not all of us have ESPN Desportes etc. Roma v Lyon is a cracking game and we can't see it. Truly ashame. If ESPN got smart they would continue to show more and more CL games. (ESPN Classics delayed match is a start) We football conisseurs want to see the best of the best.

I love this show too. Quality stuff and tries to cover more than just the UK. Even though that is the main focus.

I need duck tape for my mouth, too. Here's an idea...we need to grab ourselves a role and leave it out in plain site, all the time. Maybe the kitchen counter or by the front door. Maybe even some clip art on our blog. We can be the "duck tape club"...hee, hee!

How interesting is that, that we are in the same "overwhelmed" boat! I'll be praying for you this week as I strive to catch a breath of fresh air, too.

Our thing isn't selling a house or basketball, but just it is probably just as crazy. My oldest (only 7) is in a high school theater production in two weeks, so rehearsal is kicking into high gear and the grandparents are descending to see her debut. Plus, I'm speaking to and hosting two different groups of teenage girls this week. Pray for God to be at work in me and through me! It couldn't be crazier! Thank the Lord for His strength!
