Yes, my wife is from very near there, but it's lovely.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also recommend to visit the Doo Lough pass from Louisburgh to Leenaun. Indeed, you commented on one of &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/moran/188334220/" rel="nofollow"&gt;my pics&lt;/a&gt; from there. It's the most stunning place and will get you to Delphi just fine. It'll also take you past Croagh Patrick after you leave Westport. A worthy detour anyway.
