Compound exercises versus isolation exercises. Currently I'm spending most of my gym time with the compound movements. I rarely do isolation exercises. I don't have anything against them. It's just more feasible for me (time-wise and physical appearance-wise) to work 5 or 10 muscles or all of the muscles at once. I'll worry about the biceps, triceps and calves after I remodel the rest of my body.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">mary</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 20 Sep 2007 12:17:08 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
