Nice! Personalized plates are a little more spendy than I'd like here in Minnesota, so for now I'm stuck with the regular old state-issued design. But if I ever decide to go the personalized route, your break down provides plenty of inspiration.

Another great post, Tyler. For me, the last five-and-a-half months have been the most rewarding time in my 45 years. Every time I look at my little girl's eyes, I get excited about the times ahead as she grows and learns and experiences the world. Yeah, fatherhood changes you all right. The diapers and the feedings put you in the present, and imagining all the possibilities make you yearn for the future.

I'm excited that a Costco will finally be opening not too far from us later this year, and at the same time, I'm a little bewildered and lost when it comes to little girls fashion. Heck, I'm a lot bewildered when it comes to middle-aged mens fashion! My little one is only five months old, but when her clothes start becoming more than just spit and drool collectors, maybe this Lilly Pulitzer stuff will help me out.

Great job! I'm definitely going to get some of that Frog Tape. My wife and I are really hoping our little girl doesn't obsess on the pink thing, but she's an only child and as she gets older, I'm thinking she'll have much more control over the situation than either of us!

Yeah, I remember back when I got our new HDTV and our DirecTV HD-DVR. Like you, I stood and stared at the amazing picture. And then I sat and stared. And kept staring. I'm still staring now...

For my first Father's Day, I also received a nice framed photo of my wife and daughter. But also included in the book-style frame were my daughter's handprints in plaster! It was the perfect, unexpected present.
