Phil Windley Not just engineers, but our partners, our employees, our product people, etc. It gives them a focus. For the stage we're at, it's the best thing. Keep in mind that mantras are not necessarily for customers. Target's mantra is "democratize design," Nike's mantra is "authentic athletic performance."
