I just launched twitcrush.com a mere 3 days ago.
Users log in with their twitter username and password, so that we can grab their avatar.
(There isn't any other way to do it.)

I would hope that twitcrush users would approach 3rd party apps. the way I do. Investigate:
make sure it is a credible source, don't just blindly use it.

I use twitter way too much. So much, in fact that it inspired me to create twitcrush.com.

Great list! I put all my items in to my tlish.com list (displayed on my blog) and direct friends and family to that. Works every time!
