We've tried too long and too hard to create taxonomies that guess people's needs and intents and miss every time. I now subscribe to the minimal amount of systemic categorization and maximizing people's use of search to let them get what they want when they want it.<br><br>This is largely an unpopular stance in IT organizations that tend to have leadership that skews to the more structured/workflow process types.Joe SchuellerMon, 23 Feb 2009 15:13:55 -0000
