That EXACTLY describes me. I was the "we need to get more serious about product management" appointee, without really having a mentor or someone in the company who has been a devoted Prod Mgr. And the more I get into it, the more I realize I don't know. <br><br>It's also refreshing to see you comment on that which is important NOW. I struggle with how much time to spend on strategy vs. tactical.
