Why would anyone go to the trouble of writing about dofollow, installing a plugin and posting a logo NOT remove nofollow from their comments? I don't get it ...

I've learned a lot from reading your blog over the last few months (thank you Andy). I follow links in my comments - I think it's a great way to show my appreciation for contributing to the conversation.

Berci sent me more than 20 articles. Although in my defense, I managed to find a number of blog posts on my own. Sadly, there were only a handful of submissions ...

I wanted to let you know Deepak, I agree with your thoughts regarding Google Scholar. I search PubMed daily (for both blogging and scientific research) and then search Google, typically for the same terms. It makes a lot of sense to offer the combined functionality.

BTW, thanks for mentioning the blog carnival on your blog!

I use dofollow on my blog. Lately though, I've been getting a lot of "nice post" or "I agree with what the last commentator said" comments. I'm moderating comments more than ever! I've started using Lucia's Linky Love, which gives you more control over the dofollow. It's gotten so bad, I'm posting a list of rules directly above my comment form in the hope of discouraging some of the non-meaningful comments.

I think almost everyone suffers from information overload nowadays. I took the test and my current speed is 375 words/minute at a 73% comprehension. I've often thought about learning to speed read and would welcome any suggestions regarding courses or software.

I use both. Broad categories for general organization of articles and tags for cross-referencing topics across categories.
