Proud of you @corvida.
You know I go through this discrimination daily online and offline so you do have to brush it off your shoulders but sometimes you get annoyed with all the ignorance of some people who refuse to listen to you. You are blessed to have a community of individuals who are open to listen and learn. That is called POWER!
Keep your head up and know God is protecting you always!

Love hearing the old telephone ring and the clunky tape recorder. Memories of old media. I love Jerry Levitan for taking a risk and making a friend of Lennon that day. How RAD?!

You are reminding me of some old newspaper ads that talk about old media much the way we now talk about new media (in a slightly dated early 1960s sort of way). I'll post soon.

@Corvida - fantastic and eloquent post. I appreciate your sincerity in sharing with the community here.
@Lynne D Johnson -
Freedom of speech in the media especially in blog land is still in a quandary.
With the issues of content at question it makes you wonder how can a platform such as blogger, sixpart, etc. could police so many blogs every day and then what is considered objectable-content?
From my eyes as a black woman I see a lot of things I disagree with but I enjoy that I can choose not read it or not. However, I know some people have issues with my own content with is factual from the newspaper (and other credible sources) about incidents. So I do not know what is again "objectable-content?"
I am curious to know what is going to happen these next couple of years as more bloggers share and challenge what is "objectable-content?"

A friend on twitter uses your service, I would love an invite to share RSS feeds. I use friend feed so it would be great to compare the service.

Thank you for the lessons on individuals who I am unaware about by fascinated by their stories. I used to work in documentary film so it is interesting to know the stories about others who work in the industry and why they are in the industry. So, Nayla's story touched me as all the others!
I am laughing at your comment on Garrett Oliver. Where you stated, "By the way, Garrett is wearing a t-shirt that says Black Chocolate Stout. And he’s black" I sometimes do comments like that at times if you look at my picture on twitter you will see why 8 P
