wait...I just checked my status on facebook...it says I am single. As does my status on myspace.

A couple of comments I wish to address.

Paying farm labor a touch more would raise produce prices a little bit, but I will gladly pay that price.

Craig, people that are protesting now, unlike those that stood against the earlier waves of immigrants, are simply stating that the laws should be enforced, not that immigration should cease, which was the call when the Irish, Italians and other groups came to America.

If people are feeling threatened by these hordes of criminal aliens, (and we are, do not doubt) it is because these people are violent.

It is not safe to attend a protest. These protests often turn violent, and groups like La Raza and teh Brown Berets advocate violence against "gringos" and march in favor of forcefully "taking back their continent", which is funny since mexico didn't exist until the spanish were tossed out and "mexicans" are a mix of native and spanish blood anyway.

Wow....ok...instead of denouncing teh criminals that break our immigration laws and sneak in here every one just steps up and says you are a big bigot.

You have arrived.

The fact remains that people that sneak into the country are criminals.

We shouldn't reward criminals.
