Oh Jay - what a frustrating night! suing may not be the option but shutting them down may be better - It is bad enough when these things happen to us locals but when it happens to visitors it really leaves a bad taste - good luck today!

Ok.... I get calls from buyers similar but have yet to have an agent do it.... boy that is something to look forward to.... the way my twisted mind works... I could have some real fun.... I would have asked to speak with the buyer to verify they printed it out... and asked them how the showing was going.... that they have my name and number when they are done sitting in the heat.... lol

Parenting - business and life are just so close to the same thing. I agree with you whole heatedly - it is often our job to be creative, supportive, hold things together or put them back together - I love your video - you are so smooth so straight forward - I have a few homes I would love to discuss with you... big garages - nice homes

My heart breaks for this family and community. Having raised 5 kids - I know all too well how hard it is when one of their friends passes... I am glad you were there for your daughter and the rest of these students - you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

It is a crazy market, world and we are in for a ride - but knowledge is power and with you on your client's side they are a step ahead of the game

It amazes me that we set aside these areas for this activity - and it saves other areas from being torn up - there are trails of all levels just a short distance from my home - and often they threaten to close them - so far they have not succeeded - looks like a good time was had by all. Nice to see you back from your get away.

the sellers out there need to realize they are not in the drivers seat - and true too in Oregon - if a seller insists on a specific title company they can be held to pay the buyers title and escrow fees - but no one enforces it here.

We are just starting to see this kind of technology in our neck of the woods - so far no refunds or issues - my bet is a lot of people will be pretty happy about this.
