I really think someone should write a book about this subject. Human relationships are constantly dissected offline but what is needed is a bit of analization and understanding about how we related to one another ONline. Community Managers are almost like therapists (okay, a bit of a stretch but when you think about the general responsibilities of being a community manager - therapist of the community doesn't seem so far fetched). Thanks again for the post (would love to see a series on this topic)!
