I just got done posting about the Blogcatalog - SezWho deal on Pixelheadonline. I did not know you could choose to remain a dofollow blog while using the program. That pushes me a little closer to using it.

You could try adding in an exercise goal, like ride a bike 30 miles a week, or run a 5k race. Exercise goals are so much more better at reducing weight. Reduce your calories and increase activity level.
Bring your exercise cam with you.

Hope your step son doesn't see this post. I have heard that those who are lucky enough to be in the right spot at the right time, much like your wife, are able to find a Wii. It does seem to be the hot item this year as well.

While doing research for a site that sells Recycling bins http://www.recyclingbin.com, I came across the article about the cloud appreciation society. What a cool site. As little children, we often look at clouds and let our imaginations invent the shapes. As adults we grow to appreciate the serene beauty of them during sunsets.

Lawns with Dandelions are so much healthier than those chemically treated green lawns, which need to be treated for grub infestation as well.

And you can be sure that they are not using natural measures to treat for those as well.
