That's not true. You can import OPML files: just go to the settings page, click on import/export and import the OPML file.

The feature doesn't bring too many new things. The friend activity was already available as a homepage module and you could broadcast to your friends the latest comments, favorite videos etc.

It's easy to save videos from Google Video. Just click the Download button in the right sidebar :). Google will ask you to download Google Video Player. After that you can directly download videos.

Not true. You can see the number of subscribers for any feed (include Google Reader shared items feeds) by subscribing to it and clicking on "Details".
