Leisureguy -- I stand by my point. I didn't argue that she killed the bridge to nowhere, but that she had the opportunity to stand with Stevens, but instead she didn't. I give her credit for that.

TexRex96 -- You'd be surprised how many times Alaska seems to take the wrong route on no-brainers. But, true, true, I take your point there are serious questions about Palin's beliefs that need to be discussed. More to come. I won't be so flippant next time.

I'm looking into this right now. She was responsible for a very expensive hockey rink project, so that could be the deficit. Will let you know.

Hi Eric and Ray -- The reason I don't think that ballots were tossed is that the exit polls match up with the results so far. The numbers that don't match are the pre-election polls. However, if there is evidence suggesting election tampering, I'd be on it.

Hi Kelly -- She actually didn't say she would not consider running. She dodged it with her comment about not closing doors. I'll watch the tape again, to check what you are saying about the appointment before the election. If that is what she said, I will run a correction.
