in Best Steve Blunt record yet! on Off TrackGlad you had a chance to preview the album. My children (Wesley and Meghan) are both ready for more of Steve's music. They enjoy each time that you step up and lend your "talents" at drums. We are planning to see the concern in July @ Tupelo (http://www.tupelohall.com).</p>

in The DL, and other D words on Off TrackAndrew - I
I know the feeling. As I train for my marathon this fall, I have placed myself on the DL a few times. Each time that I do resting, stretching and waiting from my knee or calf to heal...I have to remind myself that taking the time now to heal will mean less time missed later and longer training runs later.
Rest up...do you stretches...and you will be out running sooner than you think. BTW riding your mountain bike will keep your cardiovascular system active. We bought Meghan and Wesley bikes (their 1st) today. In a few weeks, we should be able to all go for a family bike ride.

in Nashua Telegraph Blogs on Off TrackAndrew - You will do fine. Even the most competitive athletes get nervous before their races. Watch your footing with your sore knee. Remember every journey begins with a single step...the key is to string them together to reach the final destination - the finish line. Enjoy!
BTW...I am back running again after resting my sore knee.

in College Club concert on Off TrackIt was great seeing so many families come out to support the young dancers, Steve and the rest of the band (Mike, Michelle and you). Glad that we could provide some pictures to share.

in the weird turn pro on Off TrackIt might feel weird to "turn pro" by having Steve pay you for helping out today. My son (Wesley) had a blast today...he was ready to get up on stage to help the band. Wesley enjoyed Steve and you sharing time with him before the show and allowing for him (and other kids) to play on the bongo-style drum. Thanks for adding to an enjoyable father/son outing today.
