You do bring up a good point, though. PODCASTING may be free, and may give you unconditional control to what you are listening to, but keep in mind the RIAA made C2CAM remove their "music headers and trailers" from their PODCasts. RIAA don't want to simply die....

Simply put in a nutshell... Sony Corp. made a BIG mistake, and got CAUGHT making the bigmistake. This one is of epic proportions. Sony was busted by someone that is simply smarter than them. This guy (Mark Russinovich) is part of Sysinternals/Winternals, and is pretty sharp. Check out the URL attached. - MB
