Waifon! Argh you so totally should have went for CFE over Endgame. Guaranteed enjoyment, entertainment and musical skills over not-easy-to-grasp obscure wordy play in eye-hurting setting. (Other plays are wordy, but they also have action and a bit of variance and dynamics.) I seem to be catching a lot of these what-am-I-doing-here? plays lately. :(

Doesn't everybody look blown out/fair in their passports? They call it muka telur.

Fortunately, the toilets there are nothing to shout about. :D

Also, experienced passport renewers fill forms beforehand, and scoff at the newbies. Your momma didn't want you to be a victim of possibly violent aunties, giving you paper cuts and pen stabs.

I went alone to apply for my first passport, and the counter was smiling and perhaps understanding when I explained it was my first time. Wow, how smiley!

You gotta love cabbies that are unusually informative. Like the one who told me how "his friend's" car-stealing syndicate worked. I think I rode with him twice. There was another who offered me porn after paying the fare because I "had a porn face". There was another making up a random song about being stuck in a jam.

Those make my day, and I learn from them how to strike up random conversations.

The rest of the selfish single-occupancy-vehicle jam-causing owners don't know what a self-contained private space bubble they have created for themselves. We're all too closed up.

Also, how frequent is frequent? There are people I can hang out with every two days (but absence is alright, unless we got stories to tell), and chicks I've gone out with which I don't mind not seeing for over a week.

Personally, I LOVE one-on-ones. Having a third person means a lesser scope of personal stories that can be shared.

Believe it or not, I had ads back in 1999 on my own domain. It was one of those free domains for a year, then my hosts like XOOM/NBCi/Brinkster all had ads.

I am GLAD to be able to buy hosting and NOT have ads on my site because I paid the price for my readers. As if I am not vehemently pimping whatever I believe in on my blog already.

Yes it's true academic results don't count for everything. I've interviewed one too many a candidate who went to the UK but was ultimately a Malaysian education product. Street smarts matter more, and it's unfortunate that many think papers matter so strongly... until they hit the market, or are on the interviewer's side.

I'm going to go with the self-fulfilling I-am-a-Sagi and I don't have a circle of friends but I know more cliques. That said I don't have a best friend or that kind of emotional dependency (I believe that the concept of best friends will be outgrown by a certain age depending on the individual).

However, it is sad that not being un-close already makes one prone to gossip.

I'd been checking the roll in denial seeing that my record did not exist despite having registered in October 2007 which may or may not have been too late, and I even went to my old primary school to see if I was by any chance in the roll. I wasn't, but I walked around to see how small my school was. Also found that most of the voters were older! Where were the chicks, do they not care about our future? Regardless, later I found out, they shared my vote. :D

Girls like to borrow my phone during movies to check the runtimes of movies WHILE watching the movie itself. Annoying sial. So it seems that some girls do know of this! And it's not like I went online with my phone in front of them, or blogged about going online with my phone... for some reason they just assumed that I could.

I used to be so cool though, that I'd get an SMS whenever I get a blog comment.

Now waiting for DiGi to get 3G. Still on EDGE, lucky it's kinda consistent for RM66/month. And they have a upper limit; back when the unlimited EDGE was RM99/month, even if you surfed more than RM149 worth, you'd only get charged RM149 max. No RM220k business!
