I think the most challenging part of blogging for me is that I've been blogging for so long that many days I just have nothing to talk about.

I start to wonder if anyone really want to see any more bird photos, flower macros, vacation photos and/or knitting projects. Maybe the death of some blogs is the natural order of things, especially if you don't find yourself all that interesting! (that's the boat I'm in!)

Found your site via Kim Werker's tweet and have to say that your button header made me blink! It was like you'd gone down to my studio and spilled open my button stash. (and I've got you saved to Google reader now for further exploration!)

It's funny how they lump sewing, knitting and crochet together, but who cares if it gets the word out. Love that I saw yet another clapotis in this video. They are everywhere! I do believe in the healing powers of these kinds of activities, your mind just goes to a quieter place as you fall into the rhythm of whatever you are working on.

This is not your mamma's crochet! The stuff in this issue is AMAZING!

When is the fall issue coming out?

I was about to ask if you were still living in Vancouver, but I see you just travel a whole lot! I love your new haircut, it's adorable.

I hope the Knitting Daily Show will be available to PBS viewers in Canada too!
