Your  argument makes very good sense to me.&lt;br&gt;Then I remembered that children are a gift. Especially in a family setting where you live with each other.&lt;br&gt;2 reasons:1.   I am told that there is no love comparable to parent &amp;gt; child (in a good scenario).&lt;br&gt;2.  Children will teach their parents. &lt;br&gt;And I just thought of a third reason for procreation if you are lucky enough to have more than 1 child. There is no relationship comparable to having a sibling. Is that any food for thought? &lt;br&gt;I guess you could ask again, why not adopt a child that needs a home? That is a tough one.&lt;br&gt;Maybe it has to do with the idea that you don't know what genetic and other factors are being given to you.
