Going through some of the resources you recommended, I found that my site seopractices.com is claimed by a user at mybloglog.com, the user name is scar1280, I filed a complain to Mybloglog, hope to hear from them soon, I just wonder how they control people claiming sites they don't own? I`m in the process of building my site, I have a blog at worpress.com that I'm thinking of moving to my own host. Hope this bug gets a solution soon.
