I totally agree with Munwar...your diet is 80% of your body transformation. Even if you exercise with less knowledge, you'll see some results in the end. Just because of the excellent nutrition advice.

Very true indeed. I am a member at some bodybuilding boards, and the skinny guys always tell me how much they eat. When asked to deliver they eat in a day, what I eat for breakfast. I'm glad that you point out that the crucial part in training is actually not training, but eating.
There is just one point which I'd add. You point out that switching from 15% fat intake to 20% will make a world of difference. I agree. But I'd up the fat intake higher to 30, perhaps even 40%. Literature shows that intakes this high give the biggest testosteroneproduction, which in turn will help you gain muscle.
Apart from that, great article.

Hello

I am not at all a body builder. I just want a flat stomach and nigh stamina and for that I worked too but in recent times because of work pressure and family responsibilities I wont able to give even 15 minutes to my body and as a result I am gaining weight and my tummy came in very ugly shape.

Now I need some help with which I can start exercise say for 15 minutes and once I realised the effect that will motivate me to do at a regular basis.

Please tell me and suggest me some quick tips.

For me the best Post Training Recovery method is sleep, nutrition (supplements) proteïn and glutamine. And once/twice a week a massage therapy can really make a difference.

When you measure your body fat, it's important that someone else does it for you, who is experienced. Possibly at the gym. If you want to do this frequently it's also important that you do this at the same place on the body.
