Arrrgh - I've thankfully only gotten one of those DM's - maybe I'm following quality people?

Cool - I noticed yesterday that my microwave needs cleaning. Could she get those shipped up her in time for my in-laws visit tomorrow? No? Darn - I guess good ol' elbow grease will have to do for now.

I had that same hard look into a mirror just before we went on holidays. I knew that lots of pictures would be taken - some even of me! I wanted the pictures to capture a dazzling mom that looked happy. To hell with how "good" I look - I just wanted to look happy. So I cut off my hair, and made extra effort to do my make up every day before we headed out, and you know what? Looking better (I won't say that I looked good) made me feel better! How we chose to present us often is a reflection of our current state of mind, our self-esteem. Taking a few moments for ourselves every morning makes us feel better, and which in turn makes us look better.

I think it's a fad for now, kind of like yahoo chat, and msning lost popularity. I guess only time will tell - in the mean time I'll keep on twittering and tell everyone I know about it!

Yanno, I was just going to do an article on the same thing. My readership has increased this past week too - also mostly due to twitter and relationship building. With Mommy Blogs people want to feel as if they "know" you. Hmmmm - maybe I'll still write that article after all (and show you some linky love along the way).

Cool - I love plugins, so I'm off to try it out!

WOW! FriendFeed is suddenly getting MUCH more useful! I love the idea of responding to twitter through friendfeed.

Adding that to del.icio.us for something to do in my "spare time".
