I went through the same process less than a month ago and also decided on the N73 due to the bad battery reviews on the N95. I'm not sorry at all - the N73 is fantastic, I love it. But I spent days poring over reviews of phones before I finally decided...and then the little man at the shop tried to sell me a N95 with a R3000 pay in! There's no way I could live with a phone that needs charging daily, and especially not for that pay in.
