Real Estate (still am, but it is on the market) I proposed that collection of a portion of the tax arising from increasing assessments, be deferred until sale or disposition of the property when the TRUE value would be known and realized. Every property would have a tax reserve acct in the county records. If the tax reserve on assessed value exceeded the realized value at sale the added tax would be eliminated or reduced. Look at the composition of the DJ Select Dividend Index (available on the web).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Financials rise the index rises, tho not fully proportionately.
