Gee Marc, I've been trying to put on size lately by eating all Natural PB, with very little success. I think I'm going to switch to fast food that seems to be the key!
As always great info! I for one love to get my workouts done quick usually within 45 mins. I find that by keeping it within that time frame, it really allows my cardiovascular conditioning to be at it's best.
I can totally relate to supersets I just love working several muscle groups at once! I'll be honest I feel supersets gives you a much better pump in half the time!
I find your info on when to take your multi- vitamins very interesting! I myself take a packet of the mass pack. I like your take on spreading it out throughout the day!
