The WSDOT is taking action. Just a few weeks ago, the City of Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board approved the WSDOT's plan for the Aurora Bridge Fence. The link below provides full details, but the project plan calls for awarding a contract for the work by October, with construction starting in 2010.

The gang that shot up Santa Monica north of Montana was looking to kill two people due to a grudge. They did not go there to steal. The people they shot were coming out of a five million dollar house. The criminals that come to MB are looking for money, not for revenge. Get your facts straight

in Nice Week for a Mention on Manhattan Beach Confidential
This Strand sales doesn't surprise me - people that cashed out of their stock and real estate holdings at the top have plenty of cash to spend on the Strand. Google Sam Zell - he was smart enough to see the real estate debacle coming and sold his entire real estate empire at the very top - on average he sold properties for FOUR times what he paid for them. Same thing with the software businessman building the triple wide on the Strand - he paid 17 million for the land and 18 million for construction - thirty five million all in in order to build his dream home for him and his family at the same time, the worker bees who traditionally make up the entry level buyers in the sand section are getting hit see this link to the new reality for young lawyer wages on the West Side tiny.cc/JDjobs

in Premiership Preview–2. Liverpool on EPL Talk
Liverpool ahead of Chelsea? You're having a laugh! Best 'pool will get is 3rd, and that is if Arsenal have a somewhat poor season. Chelsea will easily surpass them, like they have in recent years. I even see Chelsea winning the PL this year, as United don't look like they will have the same season as last year.

in Herb Chambers complaint, commentary & update on The Cosmic Tap
I was a little skeptical about dealing with Herb Chambers after reading many of the above posts, but after tracking which dealers were consistently offering the best prices in the newspaper and on the internet I had to go in anyway.
My wife and I just bought her a new Caravan this morning at HC in Millbury. We went there intending to purchase a new Grand Cherokee this past Saturday, but then she saw the Caravans. I've been driving Jeeps for 25 years now but had never bought a Dodge before so I told the Salesman I needed to go home and do some research and that we would be back in less than a week. He gave us no pressure whatsoever and gave us his work hours for the coming week.
We went back this AM and bought the Caravan at a very good price. I had checked the trade in value of her 2000 Cherokee Sport and I figured that was going to be the bone of contention but much to my surprise I got what I considered to be a very fair offer and accepted it.
I then knew the next potential problem was going to be in finance where the finance manger would certainly try to sell us on some very expensive extended warranty. He did try, but I very nicely explained I wasn't interested and he said OK and moved on. We went in already pre-approved via my wifes credit union for a loan and the finance manager offered us a better rate without knowing what rate we already had.
I can only speak for myself but I found the whole experience to be totally stressless and actually quite pleasant compared to the many other times I've bought new cars. Everyone was very nice to us and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this dealership again.

that can't be it surely. looks like a cheap training jersey. hope they keep the black one, best jersey i've bought in a long while (excluding marseille 3rd http://www.subsidesports.com/uk/store/product_d... )
and hewton heath played in yellow and green like they had in hte early 90s. i think teams should keep jersey's for 4 years, intead of all this commercial money-spinning rubbish. but i suppose as long as there are idiots willing to pay for everything they put out, why would they?

Girls get pay 120 per drink and they required you to have 180 drinks minimum in-order to get their monthly salary, which are 15,000 per month. So, the more drink you can get then the more money you will receive at the end of the month. I know one girl can pull 100,000 baht a month. I’m a regular customer there. Go there every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Know most of the dancers there as well. Best place ever….

Pfft - just get a proper ISP :-)
Jon and I get text messages from Andrews and Arnold when our connections go down and come back, together with (in the latter message) total downtime. I've only had one "real" one though - usually it's because I've turned off the power to work on the house electrics, and it's spooky how my pocket buzzes within a second of hitting the switch.
