I don't know anything about the University of Dayton, but isn't the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) expected to have standards of character in place for its taxpayer-funded scholarship students? Even those not yet on scholarship should be screened meticulously for character and integrity. What happened here? A well-connected jerk son of a politico got in with no screening? That's the shame, it's not censorship just judgment, or lack thereof.
