We eat the same veggies week in and week out. Brussel sprouts, green beans, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots and beets. Sometimes we throw in asparagus, spinach (both of which are bad for Stacy's The Gout) swiss chard, tomatoes (when not in a sauce), potatoes (sweet, yam, or regular).
Maaaan, there are sooo many awesome vegetables out there - go get 'em!
I'm glad to see you're doing the workleader training. That can only bring you good things.
We just got back from 10 days in Kaua'i and O'ahu. I'll have LOADS of pictures on Flickr soon. Needless to say it's hard being back after living the island life for a week.
