Sorry, #5 is not an advantage. The real question is can you do set it up without using the mouse?


Running your Screensaver as Background Image
Type /System/Library/Frameworks/ScreenSaver.framework/Resources/ScreenSaverEngine.app/ Contents/MacOS/ScreenSaverEngine -background & and your screensaver will be your background image.
