Give your user something free in order to expose them to your potential profit-making ideas. I can't tell you how many useless meetings I've been to. Meeting for the sake of meeting is a thing of the past (or should be.) If the objective is set ahead of time and everyone is prepared, it can be agreat idea. Though this is rarily the case.
